Hi, I was going through recipes I had bookmarked in my browser and decided to make this post listing some of the standouts. These are sites and blogs I have used multiple times, because they have really solid or authentic recipes. I will group some of the allergy specific ones together too.

Various Cuisines/Recipes

Most of these are sites cover a variety of cuisines in their recipes, some are singularly focused.

The Woks Of Life

thewoksoflife.com

Primarily I've used this site for their recipes from various Chinese cuisines, they also have a lot of guides on ingredients, cooking tools and wok use.

Hong Kong Cookery

thehongkongcookery.com

This blog has a lot of staple Cha Chaan Teng recipes, a teahouse/diner/cafe style from Hong Kong with a unique fusion cuisine of food and drinks. I consider cha chaan teng to be the best cafes on earth, if you know, you know. Hong Kong Cookery does have recipes from a variety of other cuisines also though.

RecipeTinEats

www.recipetineats.com

This site has a wide variety of recipes from different cuisines. Found it from their easy Mexican Shredded Chicken recipe, and Pork Stir Fry with Green Beans.

Cooking With Alison

cookingwithalison.com

I originally found this blog from their Hong Kong Style Milk Tea recipe, but they have a tonne of recipes from across different cuisines.

The Spruce Eats

www.thespruceeats.com

This is a larger site with 16k+ recipes, but I have found them all to be quite reliable and decent. Huge variety of cuisines covered.

African Bites

www.africanbites.com

This blog has a bunch of great recipes, primarily from various African, Carribean, American cuisines. The Southern Black Eyed Peas recipe has become a regular for me.

Mexico In My Kitchen

www.mexicoinmykitchen.com

This blog has really good Mexican recipes in english, y espaƱol. I originally found it from some of the more involved drink recipes like Horchata and Tepache.

Delish Pot Pourri

www.delishpotpourri.com

Found this one a while ago while looking for a Aloo Chop recipe, an Indian fried snack of spiced potato in chickpea batter. Checking out the website again now, they actually have a huge variety of recipes across cuisines.

Pasta Grammar

www.pastagrammar.com/blog

Italian recipe blog. Recently found this one from a few of it's vegetarian and Calabrian pasta dishes, like Pasta e Fagioli (beans) and Pasta con Ceci (chickpeas). Those have become frequent staples for me, I usually just used canned cannelini beans or chickpeas to save time though.

Thai Cookbook TV

www.thaicookbook.tv

This is the first place I look online for Thai recipes, they are outrageously good, many photographs and videos along with the recipes too. The site owner has a restaurant in Chiang Mai.

Kim Chi Chick

www.kimchichick.com

This one is primarily Korean recipes, I originally found it from the Crunchy Pickled Korean Radish recipe. The blog seems to be inactive for a number of years, and the url is not https, so that may set off privacy forward browsers.

Gluten Free Recipes

These sites primarily or exclusively focus on gluten free recipes.

Gluten Free on a Shoestring

glutenfreeonashoestring.com

This is hands down the best website out there for gluten free recipes. You can find a gluten free version of most stuff here, even simple flour mixes to use. I've made dozens of recipes from here, standouts are; Gluten Free Bread, Gluten Free Japanese Cheesecake, Easy Gluten Free Pizza Dough, Gluten Free Bagels.

The Loopy Whisk

theloopywhisk.com

This site has a lot of really nice gluten free recipes, especially sweet stuff and baked goods. I have made the Gluten Free Crepes and the Gluten Free Lemon Curd Cookies a number of times.

Bob's Red Mill (gluten free recipes)

www.bobsredmill.com/recipes/how-to-make/gluten-free

Bob's Red Mill is an independent millery & retail brand that sells gluten free flours & mixes, among other non gluten free products. This link is to their 'gluten free recipes' section, seeing as they produce the flours they know how to use them properly. I have made their Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes recipe before many times.

RPA Elimination Diet Recipes

This is a very niche allergen diet; it's like gluten free, FODMAP free, dairy free, preservative free, artificial colour/flavour free, and more combined. Basically removing all potential allergenics from your diet for several weeks and reintroducing them one type at a time to identify which ones actually effect you. It was developed at RPA Hospital in Sydney, hence the name. Not a diet for fun, weight loss or crunchy 'healthy' living. Do not bother with these recipes unless you are required to be on the diet.

Cooking for Oscar

www.cookingforoscar.com

This is the blog of a woman who's son was on the elimination diet, and she decided to make the most comprehensive recipe list I have found online so far. A lot of well written guides as well, it is an essential resource for anyone on the elimination diet. I have, and continue to, make the basic pear jam recipe from here.

GlutenFreeNutrition (elimination diet recipes)

glutenfreenutrition.com.au/elimination-diet-recipes-2

This is a dietician's website I bookmarked randomly one time. I don't remember using any of the recipes personally, but you kinda need all the help you can get on the elimination diet. And despite the website name, the only recipes posted on there are elimination diet ones.

The Best Things In Life Are Gluten Free

thebestthingsinlifeareglutenfree.wordpress.com/recipes

Again, despite the name, almost all of the recipes here are elimination diet ones. I have made the mayonnaise recipe here before.

Thanks for reading, hope these are helpful!
